          Yea. I did chest yesterday. Now that i just calculated my bench 8250lbs alone. Its possible. But u gota be in the gym long and do all type of chest exercises as possible

              Numbers are not bad!!.. i think you can go heavier on Incline DB[emoji3]...
              My fav chest exercise.. haven't done it in awhile... been chasing the pump as of lately and big bench.
              Alot of incline smith machine press

                        I believe it. Did 2 hoirs cause i know i wasnt going to do cardio.. to damn hot. My heart rate was already jacked!!

                        Smith machine incline

                        Hammer strenght decline

                        Cable cross over

                        Cable cross over lateral ( hit the upper pec)

                        Pec deck

                        Dumbbell flatbench (dumbells close together)

                        DB incline flies

                              I use to write all my lifts down on my phone. Not anymore.
                              All i need to do is sit down now and calculate them.
                              Not like i can do it straight from my head without qriting it down. Im not dougie howser.
                              But fuck all that. Convert kilos to lbs.
                              When i go to states. Imma have to figure the weights out in kilos
