Update on back....walking upright now. Feeling about 75% I would guess. Still a nagging stiffness slight pain on right hip area. Mostly when sitting. Can move bend pretty good but feel if I bent over n tried to pick something up I'd be fucked..

Good to hear its better. Back issues ruin everything. Been there plenty.
