  • Haven't been to gym in 10 Days

    Every few months I like to take a week to 10 days off. Obviously it's good to give the body a good rest period etc.. but I find the biggest benefit is that it really makes you excited to get back in the gym. You start to really feel like shit in terms of how we view ourselves and you start craving the gym like you hadn't before. First day back today. Can't wait!

      10 days off doesn't mean your supposed to eat 3 whole cakes a day you turd! I've actually lost a few pounds in the past 10 days. appetite goes down when I'm not in the gym.

          I'm taking two weeks off training in about a month. Looking forward to the break.
