Every few months I like to take a week to 10 days off. Obviously it's good to give the body a good rest period etc.. but I find the biggest benefit is that it really makes you excited to get back in the gym. You start to really feel like shit in terms of how we view ourselves and you start craving the gym like you hadn't before. First day back today. Can't wait!
