              335 for 4 reps (3 plates and a 10 each side, or 165lb dumbells)

              The dumbells were harder.. :agree:

Don't sweat it, brother.. My gym doesn't either, me and afew gys usually head outside of Boston to find a gym worthy of dumbells over 130.. So far, we found Baystate Gym out in Worcester Ma, they got 'em up to 195 I believe.. :agree:

                    I weighed 210 when I moved them pupps, the 165's I must say.. :)

Thats impressive bro! I go up to 130's at my gym, and they fuckn bore me. Hell, I use 130's for doing Arnold presses, so you fuckn know they bore me on flat or incline bench. Now 165's, mmmmm, I can get a good workout with those. 195's? That may only be a few reps there, but still GREAT for thickening them stabilizer muscles. Would love that. PEACE! KIR
