    how many of you have tried this.....seems like an interesting idea and it might save some wear and tear on my joints........

    always been interested in his methods, but will not try them until i hit a plataue.

      I won a personal consultancy with Mentzer back in '95 before he died and used his methods at his direction (over the phone) for 4 months or so. Just like any other routine it does work for a while and then you should switch up. I believe switching routines every 3 - 6 months is essential. I suggest giving it a try.

        thanks ......I'm trying it now.......I do one warm up set and 2 working sets whereas I used to do 3 or 4....last set I do to failure with the help of a spotter....I'm 41 and I've been lifting on and off since I was about 14.....joints are getting pretty hammered......they feel better already.........
