4 weeks left to diet. Show is 5 weeks away from this past Saturday. 140lbs., 10.8% BF. Pics will be up tomorrow.
Diet: No changes, but fasting time went up to 12 hrs.
Cardio: 5 mornings a week for 25 minutes. 7 nights a week for 40 minutes, and 3 days of sprints after I work out.
My husband is training a girl for the same show, and I finally realize my expectations of how I would look were unrealistic (whew!). She is at 12% BF, and doesn't look that much different. She has done several shows, so her body will obviously respond a bit better than mine. My point is, we look the similar in our leanness. That makes me feel a lot better.
The IGF is making it very difficult to wake up in the morning. This morning was the 2nd time I overslept since starting it. I'm going to start taking it in the AM. I start Nolvadex this week, and Proviron next. I can't wait for that to do it's trick.

Thanks, P!!! It's been a struggle, and this week has been toughest so far, energy wise. Just for the mere fact I am so comptelely exhausted all the time. All I want to do is sleep. Sonis said these next couple weeks will be the worst. I'll be expending maximum energy and eating less and less.
I was at the gym yesterday and two guys were like HOLYSHIT!!! They had just seen me a week or so before and were amazed at the differences. Then when I was taking these pics, several people had some staring problems!! LOL. It's kind of nice, I guess.
