I'm seeing nice improvements since I started training chest again. Yesterday I did tri's and shoulders and was able to go heavier than I have in ages! Assisted pull ups on the Gravitron were better too...I've lowered the assistance by one number and was still able to do more reps than usual, next week I'll move it another knotch. :)
