Hello all, Ive shocked my family with my own diet that worked. And I inspired my mom to start one too. She is in more of a worse case then me. Most of all because she's older and its not as easy for her to excercise as a kid can just go and run around. Shes 45ish...(sry I dont know her exact age eeeek). And needs help. I got her started on watching her carbs but not extremely. And got her eating salads proteins and certain fruits mainly an orange or an apple or cherries. But I watch her with those mainly only one a day with those. For Snacks she has some unsalted pretzels if she must or some tuna. Also need to know of any of those you know essential things women need? I see it on tv how made for women and stuff cause you need some essential vitamins / minerals that we dont need as much.
Mainly what I need help with is her actual breakfast / lunch / after dinner ideas. Her things are fine its just that I dont want her to get sick after a month and start going off of it. Thx alot guys she has alot of will power ( that's who i got it from to loose my 100 pounds). I wish she can too and with me at her side and some advice from you guys I think we can help her out.
BTW Excercise is her sluggish point. Im getting her used to the fact she will need to go on the tredmill we have, 20 mins a day at least and am trying to tell her to keep a good fluxuation during those 20 mins. It's hard because shes not used to it all and I basically from reading off of websites/ magazines taught my self how to loose weight but I find it will be more of a sucess for her to loose weight because she has some support from someone who went through it. Thx alot guys...err gals I should say. =)
