      First of all...I could give a Crap if you think i am creditable or not.. Why do you think i would reply to a post that i feel you are pinning me to a wall and calling me a lier...



      My LBM was 125 lbs with BF of 38%


      Four weeks later 127lbs with BF% of 32%

        Well i feel like RS is calling me a lier..it doesn't seem to be watching out for me...

          But like i have said 100 times and will say it again... EVERY BODY IS DIFFERENT... SOME THING THAT WORKS FOR YOU..MAY NOT WORK FOR ME OR OTHERS...

            Wow thanks FG... how nice of you... i will pm you my diet ... but i am in the works of getting a pre-contest diet going from my nutritionist... I can pm my diet to anyone else that wants it..

              Well, I'm just having a little issue because you seem soo adamant that T3 works so great, especially w/ Clen. In your own thread "liftingchic's cycle" EVERYONE tells you that T3, T3/Clen will burn muscle...and that Winny will help you lose weight. We are just wondering how T3 spared your muscle, and Winny you lost weight..jsut a little backwards it sounds, is all I'm saying.

                I AM DONE!! I let the "LC cycle" post go..and didn't get upset..now i am done....

                JUST BECAUSE I DON'T DO SOMETHING "NORMAL". AGAIN DOESN'T NOT MEAN ITS WRONG!!!!!.I GET YELLED AT AND PRETTY MUCH CALLED A LIER... BECUASE I DON'T WANT TO DO WHAT YOU GUYS TELL ME TO DO...


                T3 is working great for me.... i will still use it because its WORKING for me..

                  it's just because the advice you seem to give is usually contrary to the conventional wisdom. for example, not making significant changes to you diet and professing that clen helped you lose 20lbs. what we are trying to say is - this is bad for newbies to see because they will think that clen or t3 is a magic pill.... seemingly by the way you say it - t3 and clen are magic pills. this (IMHO) is dangerous...

                    yes conventional to what you guys thinks.. I am sorry that we aren't all alike.. if we were..than SURE i would do your guys cycles..but we are all different... example So people do great on Low Carb diets and other get physical sick from doing low carb diets...

                      Lets see 2lbs of muscle, say over a standard 8 weeks, and she dropped 5% bodyfat those are excelent changes in body compisition. A

                        Red It is unrealistic and not wise to promote the idea that women should be aiming at putting on 10+ pounds of lbm in a cycle. We men have a hella of a time putting on 10lbs in a year and its a lot easier for us then you.

                              I didn't say to KEEP 10lbs. of LBM. The way I took her quote about how much she gained while taking Winny, was her LBM increased by 2lbs the whole time she was on. Nowhere did she say I KEPT 2lbs.

                              2LBS OF LBM IS GREAT RESULTS FOR A CYCLE.

                              The point of this whole thread was to get down to the bottom of how she didn't burn any muscle while taking T3. Her statements were not consistent and that was where this was going. That is exactly what this is all about to get correct information out there.

                              I am NOT promoting the fact that ALL women should put on 10lbs of LBM in a cycle. I said that I DO. It is possible to gain 10lbs of LBM while on a cycle. BUT it is not realistic due to the water weight gain (depending on what you take)among other things, to keep it.. Obviously it is possible to put on the LBM that way since your water content in your body increases therefore making your LBM go up, but it is nearly impossible to keep it all. So what I'm saying is you gain that but you won't keep it. What kind of cycles you think I run?? LOL I would love to gain 10lbs of LBM and keep it!
