So.... after getting super thin this past summer, when Red told me to put on a little weight/muscle I took her advice. Here are pictures. I also decided (mainly I talked about this with you Red) that I won't do the April show - I dont have enough time and it would come at an awkward time. So! I'm sticking to the July 16th natural michigan. Here are my pictures after gaining too much weight, and what I'm cutting down from.

You guys are awesome such an encouragment! I love coming on here before my session of cardio and seeing these replies - it makes me look forward to the grueling workout ahead!
While I'm at it, I might as well ask a little diet advice. Obviously I'm not on my contest diet yet. I'm still eating some simple sugars (fruits yogurts) and normal amount of carbs. Should I be counting my calories this early?? I just had my RMR done this weekend and it was 1450 cals per day. I feel as long as i do 4 to 5 days of cardio per week plus my weights, I don't NEED to count cals yet. What do you dieting buffs suggest?
