Some people do like that combo and see some really good results. I just didn't want to put up with the sides if I didn't have to. LOL
I personally like the shorter cycle runs for 2 reasons: 1- you can run more cycles in a given time period because if you have shorter time on, you have equal time off. 2- If you don't like the sides, you'll be able quit and not have to wait a long time for it to get out of your system.
As far as dosing goes, this is for EQ. EQ is much easier to get, and faked most of the time. Run it for about 8 weeks....And keep in mind w/ EQ, you won't start seeing the results for about 3-5 weeks.
Wk 1-2 50mg EQ, 5mg Var
Wk 3-6 100mg EQ, 10mg Var
Wk 7-8 50mg EQ, 5 mg Var
As for the Pill, IMHO, if your doc is on your case to get on it to prevent osteporosis, take a calcium supp daily to appease him/her. The Pill makes it much more difficult to drop BF when dieting. And, as for the lack of menstrual cycles, amenorrea is very common among women athletes. In all honesty, I'd tell my OB to take a hike if they wanted to put me on the Pill and didn't understand that.:)
