my girl is 122lbs very lean and wants to mess with a-var but i think she should start with something easyer like proviron. i take 50mgs ED while on cycle but i have no clue for a woman. also will this harden her up like it works for me? will it even work by itself or should i have her ad in a-var? thanks for your time!

Well, first of all, a gaining diet for a female is NOT going to totally F her up. The whole goal of this whole lifestyl is to add more mass...which you said she wants to do. In order to do that, she's simply going to have to eat. No two ways about it. Now everybody says they eat clean, but I want to see her diet. It's quite possible her road block is due to 1 of 2 things: not eating enough, or not training hard enough, or in the right way
Secondly, Proviron WILL NOT lean her out, and the rebound effects from it are felt for MONTHS. It absolutely can F her up for quite awhile. And, for what? To get leaner for 3 weeks??? because that is the absolute MAX any women should really take Proviron. In fact, most women only take it pre contest to help get that extra bit of fat off. Do you even know what Proviron does to a female?
As for the Var suggestion, I want to see how she eats and trains before I make any recommendations....

I'm going to chime in and agree with the common sensus. I don't think adding drugs for less than 10 extra lbs is a good idea for the long run. Also it hasn't been mentioned, but incase it's not understood: If she starts using the drugs she will need to eat more anyways to get them to work, just like when you use.

Rado, for someone who dosn't think before they type, you sure are quick to try and find errors in what someon is trying to say.
To emphasize my point I think AS is an extreme choice for her goals. There's not much difference in her wanting to take some var and some teen looking to use AS because he dosn't have the patience either to get it done right. The quick fix asspect. No matter how hard of a gainer she may be, the possible side effects AS have on women isn't worth it for her goals.

1) 4 egg whites 1 egg
bowl of flax seed cereal
2) iso pure mango whey shake
3) 4-6ozs turky 1cup white rice and brocli(sp?) mixed all together
4) PWO 25gs iso pure whey choclate shake + flax
5) dinner realy depends but usally some sort of chicken
6) also depends but usally flax cereal or cottage chesse+peaches or another shake
snacks on almonds in between meals if she is hungry but pretty much sticks to this diet ED.
training split
chest- tri
legs-abs
back -bis
shoulders -abs
cardio about 4 days a week 30-40mins fast walk only with incline up and down

Here's what I notice. She tries to cut out some of the fats in the first meal by using egg whites, then adds flax cereal? (I assume flax cereal is for the flax oil). Puting flax (fats) in her post workout shake? And as Rado said, where are the complex carbs needed for building muscle.

ECA no way i gave her some stacker 2 and she turned into a ragin bitch dont know why but she even said no more. and yes there is omega 3 in the cereal and she adds flax oil with 3-6-9 in the PWO shake.Originally posted by radoAnd another thing...You may want to add some sort of an ECA in there for some of the fat she may pack on...When women bulk, they tend to release there estrogen...That will make her hold more water and keep more fat on...You throw an ECA in there, that will help her gain more lean mass and keep her less bloated.
