lilgreeneyes, I've been in your shoes weighing over 200 lbs. and getting stuck, it's frustrating but there's usually a reason for it. Do yourself a favor and write down exactly what you're eating and the times of day you're eating for a few days and post it here. I'm sure I can help tweak it for you and you'll see results! Also, are you drinking enough water? I find that to be essential in lowering bf. You should also be having one cheat night. If you're drinking alcohol that's going to really slow down fat loss or even stop it. I've been at a standstill recently because of it myself.

Your training routine could use an overhaul as well. I'm hoping one of the other ladies here could post some suggestions for you but I'll make one comment...try increasing the weights and lowering the reps to 8-10 per set, 3 sets per exercise, 3 or 4 exercises per bodypart hitting each bodypart once a week. When you're working out, do weights that are causing you some difficulty by the 6th rep so that by the 8th rep it is tough for you and by the 10th you're at or near failure. You'll get faster muscle development like this and when you add muscle to your body you burn more callories naturally and your size will go down because muscle is denser than fat...your weight may not be changing as dramaticly as you'd like but you will see a difference in your clothes! On days that you do cardio, either do it after your weight training or at a different time of the day like morning. It's more important to be able to give it your all for the weight training than for the cardio imo.

TO clear this up..i do light like walking or the bike in the morning for like an hour.(empty tummy/stomach).. and then after lifting in the evening i do 30 mins of interval cardio.. is that still bad? its was working good for me.. and i didn't lose any muscle the past 6 weeks and i have been doing cardio that way the past 6 weeks..

        is it still wrong?

Also so you know..I tried soy protein for a while and it did the same thing to me.. then I was told that i should have never done soy( I was told by a lady at GNC like a year ago how benefical it was for ladies.. and i was just stupid and never asked) now i have tried like 4 different brands for whey protein and they all did it too.. is there any like natural product that would relieve that bloating and stuff?

try pure whey isolate, it is lactose free, should cut down on bloat and stomach problems.

Why don't you take the money you would have spent on the T3 and go have your levels checked? If you are plateauing at 35%, there is something very wrong, if yousay you are eating and training as you should. And no T3, or Clen, or anything is going to get you over that hill if your metabolism and/or thyroid is all jacked up.
ok for one, i can get the real stuff for 5-35 bucks a bottle of both t3 and clen. i havent gotten it yet cuz i wanted to make sure i would be doing the right stuff for the results i want, so dont get all pissy cuz i say i cant get the test done. i cant spare 300-500 bucks for a test right now. im broke. its one of the reason i havent gotton the sups yet. i posted it up so i can get some feedback BEFORE i did anything. i havent gotton anything yet, nor will i have the money for another 2 months cuz its all goin towards me moving to another state in 6 weeks. when i can aford it, ill have the test done, i just cant do it right now or with in the next 8 weeks. i also think that bf% is wrong. when i started dieting, i was about 230-240 @ 38 5bf and now that im about 200-205 mi only 35% it dont make sence to me. but thats what i was told. i am listening to what all of you are telling me..im here to learn as much as i can.
