Alright Day 3. WOW!!! My energy is through the roof! I am doing even better on my diet and feel good. BUT... I am having the hardest time typing because my hands WON'T stay steady. I have taken 3 tabs today. 2 this morning and 1 at 12:00. My workouts are great. I have noticed that I can do a lot more than what I was used to. I am just so pumped! I will have to back off a tab or just stay w/ 3 for a couple more days. I can handle this but I don't even want to think about what 4 is going to do. Also no headache today. WOOHOO!!!

I just feel like I have more endurance. I am not very strong, but I feel like I am getting stronger & harder with every workout. I have more energy to last longer throughout my workouts & feel like I am getting a lot more out of it. I do have to keep an eye on my HR though. It gets way too high if I am not careful.

I have heard of doing it 2 days on/off, but I can't remember why "they" say it is not a good idea. I found an article about it when I searched through google. I think it says something about not having enought time to reach it's peak for effectivness. (I could be wrong. I would have to look it up again because it was too long ago) I was able to go up to 4 then I slowly came off of it 3, 2, 1/day. I start back up on Monday and I can't wait. This past week and a half off is for the birds. I am still seeing results though so I can't really complain. My energy is just sooooo not there like what I was starting get used to. Round 2 here I come!!!

Clen is an interesting compound.
It can help the muscle building affect of AAS as well as be a potent fat burning aid, especially when stacked with a thyroid like T3 or T4.
You've gotten some good rotation suggestions from others, so there is no need to repeat them. I , too, run it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, using a regular ECA in the off weeks. I've been known to go up to 5 pills a day. Of course, insomnia is the biggest side effect, and while dieting, it can be a bitch to deal with.
As far as brands, Oxyflux is bar far the WORST of the lot I have tried. So underdosed that at 5 pills, I could take a nap on it- which for clen (if it's legit) is unheard of.

OK. I am back on and WOW I missed it. I really have a great routine going. I have found my niche and have learned what is working best for me. I am so focused that I don't think I will ever get off track. I have lost a total of 15lbs and 2 pant sizes. (I started on January 5) I haven't checked my BF% yet but I want to wait until the end of this cycle to do that. This time around is way better. I have had no headaches and I can sleep for a good 6 to 7 hours. My legs are starting to look awesome! I can see the muscle really starting to pop out. My butt is also starting to get firm and toned. (Those are my main problem areas) I am looking better and feeling great.

In am about to start a 2wk on/2wk off cycle of clen. What dosages did you stick with and for how long. I am considering a 15 day cycle of 40/40/40/60/60/60/80/80/80/60/60/60/40/40/40.
Did you experience any notable side effects? If so, how long did they last?

I have done 1 pill in the AM (6am) and 1 Pill in the afternoon(2pm). (both when my stomach should be "empty". No heart rate or headache issues. I dont pyramid the dosage and I still get enough out of it for my workouts and throughout the day, WITHOUT the insomnia. I tried 3 pills one day and it was like my old days of Ephedra... tossing and turning. I have too busy of a life to go back to sleepless nights. The sleepless nights were my worst enemy of loosing weight... totally counteracting the day time supplimentation assistance. You need those nightly processes to take place over a good 7/8 hours sleep cycle.
As a girl with your composition, you could easily try 1/2 in the AM and PM. It will not give you an "edgy" feeling perhaps. Then pyramid up to 1 and 1. In whatever pattern 2w or 21d you want. Just remember more is not always better. It can deplete your system of water and minerals burning so hot inside. Also they will last you longer this way as well, and you will loose the weight at a healthier pace.
I would take a Multi-Vitamon if you dont already with lots of water throughout the day. That in its self does alot more for you than you might thingk.
Drink water like the faucet is being reposessed tomorrow.

Make sure you drink a lot of water.A LOT of water This will prevent the headaches. You may also experience crazy leg cramps. I had a leg cramp so bad I woke up screaming in the middle of the night. They say this was because I was dehydrated. Also, when you are off the cycle stick to a clean diet - my biggest mistake was that I got crazy cravings in my off time and I gained all the weight back that I shed.!!! What a pisser!
