Added .1mg Prami at 9:30pm as my nips are sore and am already on 25mg ED of Aromasin.

that's perfect. i know it seems like a tiny amount of prami but give it 2 weeks. your nips will be fine. you may also notice an increase in sex drive. not sure why or how but prami makes you a bit of a pervert even more so then test. lol.

i always eventually need a progesterone blockers after a few weeks of deca. no worries.

take the prami before bed as it makes you a bit sluggish the first few hours after dose.
