You guys have great products, but yall delivery fee is ridiculous high (45 bucks). Especially for peeps in the EU...
So I like to know why delivery fee is so much.

Obviously, if you order from more than one warehouse, there's additional costs involved with shipping.

Premium I would expect like Amazon. Having the stuff the next day, but obviously this is not the case.
