It's already been said but bears repeating: At your age, AAS are unnecessary at best and quite risky at worst. You are producing tons of test naturally; all you need to grow and grow well. Sure, some here started at 19 or even earlier but they took an enormous risk with their long term health and most of them don't have a clue how to train and eat so they don't even look like they work out. All that and they take ten times the gear that I have taken on my heaviest cycle.
Eat 4000 cals a day, 6 to 8 meals a day with 300 to 400 g protein, moderate carbs and low fat. A good protein supplement like Science Fitness Economy Whey is helpful when you don't have the time to eat a real meal but need the protein. Mix 2.5 scoops vanella whey with a cup of crushed ice and a half cup OJ in a blender to get a nice orange cream smoothy with 50g protein, ~30g carbs and only 4.5g fat. Work out on a good four day split with the heaviest weights you can complete an 8 rep set with. Rotate body parts so as to only work major muscle groups (legs, chest, back) once a week. Smaller muscle groups like biceps, triceps, and calves can be worked twice a week if prefered. Get in, work out with maximum intensity and get out. Get lots of sleep (very important) and drink lots of water (gallon a day minimum). The only supps you really need is a good multivitamin. Other supps that are useful (but not absolutely necessary) are creatine (10g a day), R-ALA (good for carb utilization and general overall good health), ginger (helps with protein utilization), biotin (take with the R-ALA). Stay away from prohormones or AAS right now until your body matures a little more and you get your diet and training routine nailed.
There are very real risks to steroid use. Being sensible and knowledgable in their use can minimize those risks but not eliminate them entirely. Many of those risks are magnified at your age. With a good diet and lifting routine, you can look better in a year than most of these megadosing morons will ever look.
