    SAUCE FOR MEAT: A-1 is a mainstay, it's the only way I get through egg-beaters, chicken, lean-steak, or anything else...eating lean sucks....if you are watching your sodium.....disregard..A-1 is full of it...

    Where are those picks, can't find them...?

        SC, I hear that man! LOL! My girl rules around the house too. She wont let me cheat on a meal not even on the weekends. But, thats y we love them, they keep us on our feet.

          You can put mustard and ketchup on your ground beef in the AM. Just don't overdo it. We're not cutting, so a few calories from condiments won't hurt. Also, for 3 of your evening meals this week, eat some lean red meat instead of chicken or turkey. Filet, flank, etc....If you're looking for a little added flavor, try marinating in some Worchestire (sp) sauce, oilve oil, and garlic.

          Are you balls to wall on the diet now? Is this the first week?

            I have not really started. Yet I am waiting for my tren still :( . I pretty much have the meals down and I am going to shop till i drop tonight to make sure I have everything perfect. Plus my PW shake is coming from SHF soon. I tried working out at night last night and it SUCKED, so many fucking little tools around the gym. So my workouts will stay in the morning and I will stick to the orginal plan. I think by thursday I should be in the ZONE!!!! LOL

                originally it was going to be 100mg tren and 100mg of cyp per day but I might drop the tren down to 75 now.

                So
                75mg tren acetate/day
                100mg test cyp/day

                for at least 3 months.

                            Any goal thats unattainable is the best goal to have. Cause if you cant reach it then you will never be satisfied, and thats a good thing. Cause once your satisfied your done, you might aswell call it quits. Good Goal SC!
