the body weight stayed exactly the same. but i was cuttin and when i came off i started eatin like a fat fuck. my BF% was 12-13 and it went to 16-17% gained alot of fat but i really didn't care. i rather be chubby than skinny. i was 120 pounds when i started liftin so anything but skinny is ok with me. as for the strength i can't really say. after a few weeks i was just as strong but the weight was harder for me to handle. then the joint pain kicked in so i started liftin light. i have a broken bone in my wrist and the pain there was just too much. when i am on the pain is bearable with a brace. i also told myself before hand just forget about the strength loss, i expected it so that i wouldn't run and inject 5 grams of test to keep me from gettin depressed. i just keep tellin myself the break is EXTREMELY needed so forget about the downs of coming off, and the longer i stay off, my next cycle will be that much better

listen bro, im not going to tell you to do something or not to do it but dont ever listen to someone when they say steroids are not addictive. they are very wrong. anybody that disagrees with me simply has not been on for awhile and tried to come off.
I remember a post on another board by Auriflex saying how he was addicted to them.

bouncer, i would not come off cold bro!!

i just went through a rough time -- came off for 3 months -- my test levels went down to 101 -- felt like shit my body just could not get itself going again cause i have been feeding it with test for 2 years-- my sex drive left the buiding for 2 months bro -- but everyone is different -- you may not have the same problems i had
i did the hcg, the nolva, fuck the clomid -- thats some bad stuff lol

i would run 200 mgs every 2 weeks to keep your test levels normal and keep you from severely crashing -- i will not come off cold again -- 200 mgs every 2 weeks

wait 8 weeks after you come off and get your test levels ,lh,fsh levels all checked along with liver functions
get your psa test done to check the prostate

be ready for depression -- its real trust me -- the one thing you just need to keep reminding yourself is that you need the break

start taking some type of joint formula if you are not already -- the aches and pains come--

your strong minded bro you will do this with no problems

When u guys say addictive, do u mean you want to go back on them because you notice the loss in strength etc and feel like you can't operate normally without them? Or is it because of the nasty withdrawal affects?

Good luck bro! You can do this. Just keep telling your self this is for your own good health, also in order to remain getting big and strong and all that good stuff you have to stay healthy and the only way to do that in your case is to stay off for awhile and take it day by day. Make goals for your self and keep your head up bro. We all believe in you, and most people look up to you cause man you are the owner of this sight and must set an example for all the newbies that are planning or just started taaking AAS that you can win this battle that we must all go through. Remember there is never a road that goes straight forever. At some point there will be curves, bumps, cracks, and when the road ends it will make you choose to turn left or right and that is the decision you must make now. Good luck!

Good luck Bouncer. Sounds like you not only need the break but are ready for one too. With a bit of luck things will go smoothly for you.

Not sure what your workouts looked like when you were on, but you might want to consider dropping the number of sets you normally do in a workout. It will be real easy to overtrain once you are clean. Try and keep your poundages up, just drop the volume.

If joint pain becomes a problem look into doing partial movements. The general consensus is to use full ROM but there are times when partials rule. You can use some heavy ass weights and your joints won't take a beating. I used them for about 3 to 4 months when I came off and they really helped me heal up and keep my size and strength.
