Rock you have solid advice here man. Your health does come first man. Drop the dbol and try things differently next cycle. Just use this as a learning cycle. I think you will be okay. Good luck man and let us know how the bp does after you change everything up.

          PD

how much sodium are you taking in? I found droping down sodium to less than 2 grams a day helped me.

I dont know exactly how much I am intaking but I do know a dropped at least a gram of sodium. Also so everyone knows I dropped the dbol 5days ago. I checked my bp today and it was 158/94. The systolic went down 6points and the diastolic is still the same. The doc wants to see me tom and see if it went down any. I will be checking it once a day around the same time. I am also working out with the same intensity as before but if I start to feel the bp high then I stop and call it a day. I will have my sodium intake for yall to see later on today. I am taking nolva and b6 for the water retention. I might start taking buffered c, garlic, and magnesium if it doesnt go down a little. Any other help would be appreciated.

use some herbal/otc diuretics - they will help somewhat (not as good as drugs) - trust me on this.

4 g of sodium is a lot bro - try and reduce it to 2, start by dropping the bacon in the morning which is probably loaded with it.

Also traxatone is OTC, not a prescription drug. It's made by Cytodyne,

                      http://www.cytodyne.com/products.html?product_id=57

Just follow the directions on the bottle. I might add in some dandelion root as well, 1g per day spread out the doses.

But the bacon only has 120mg of sodium for both my slices bro. Bread has that in one slice. How am I going to drop the sodium w/o dropping my calories to about 2000? Everything these days has sodium. Even our protien shakes have more sodium then my 2 slices of bacon. I have the reduced sodium bacon. 50% less then normal. I was also reading about the sodium last night and they say that for a person that eats 2000 calories they should be getting 2400 max. So that would mean for someone like me that eats 4600 cal. I am where I should be right?

Also just to let yall know I checked it today and it was 142/94. Looks like it is coming down pretty good. Its just that damn diastolic number that just wont budge. But the doc told me that 94 is a little high but not too much of a concern right now.

Bro, be careful with the sodium. Start the supplements before you have a stroke or heart attack! the nolva will help too. If you have to take mild doses of blood pressure pills to bring it down!
                            Do it.

So you think that high of bp is going to make me have a stroke or a heart attack? I am taking nolva right now. When I get off the gear it goes down to 110-120 range.

High bp is temporary and drug use related from what I gathered. If you were normal before use, you will be normal after use. BTW, I usually am 120/70, but on Tren I have been as high as 145/90 - again just temporary.
