i have used both orange and fruit punch vitargo. both taste great. i mix it up (1 to 1 1/2 scoops) before i hit the gym, leave it in my truck. then drink it along with my livers, and bcaas as soon as i hop in the truck post workout. i found this ion-exchanged isolate protein at max muscle that is fruit punch flavored. it tastes great mixed with either flavor of vitargo. i wish i could drink 3 a day, but then i would be fat ass!!

Bounce- denature the protein or something?? i remember reading something about this a while back, but i cannot put my finger on it!! only sits for 1 hour. in the summer i bring it in a cooler, i don't need one now. plenty cold enough outside. what do you think fellas??
