why cant i lose weight?

    I noticed a big difference between Ed and EOD. I think you will be happy with it. I did 50mg everyday of the week. One thing make sure you inject it really slow because being water based it comes out really easy.

      ok thanks im going to do that see how it works ill prop start every other the first week get my body used to the water base and go from there, does anyone see any issues with cutting back my test levels at the end of cycle and run tren at 100mgs and winny at 50 to the end

        Your carbs are mostly likely WAY too low - I can lose bf on 200 to 300 grams of carbs a day if I'm running something like test/tren etc but to limit yourself like you are is most likely killing your muscle retention...

        As for running T3 without test - do NOT do it....

        Also - drink your winny - B isn't the only one who "knows" it works just as well as injecting....

          ok well i got a week of test and prop left before i start the winny so ill run the clen and t3 for one more week and cut the t3 run the clen for a week after that while starting winny, why cant you run the t3 without test i know you everyone says run it with test but i havent seen alot of post on what is so bad running it without it

            and my winny is oil based i believe i have to look at it better but i know its still a 17aa whatever but can i still drink it? sorry for all the questions dont know to much about injectable/drinking winny

              The doses of T3 you'll need to facilitate adequate weightloss will eat up your muscle mass without exogenous testosterone in your system...

                It "shouldn't" be oil based but if it is in fact winny then just drink it already...

                Again though - I have to stress that your diet *might* need some work - it's been my experience that changing your diet quite frequently (every two or three to five and six weeks) works best when trying to make changes in body composition....

                  winny was water based taste like shit but i did decide to drink it every day, but as far as weight lose im down 10lbs in 3 weeks im pretty happy about that i got 15 more to go in 2 months so changing the diet a little adding some carbs actually helped thanks for the advice

                    That's good news....

                    What's the new layout look like though? You need some wiggle room in your caloric count/carb intake so that as things slow down you have the chance to cut back etc...

                      i got plenty of room i changed to 8 real small meals, i cut out the red meat and yams after workout and added more tuna and salmon into the diet, i still have room to drop, im cutting out protein shakes this weak and replacing with real meals, next week ill cut down to 7 small meals and the following to 6. from there if im at a plateu i will look for more ways to cut

                        You shouldn't really be all that focused on cutting the meals themselves though - you should be more focused on the caloric makeup - that's way more important....

                          cutting out meals is going down the wrong path. you will slow your metabolism like that. do you have any cheat meals over the course of a week?

                            my cheat meal is some trail mix as a snack i never go all out with a cheat meal like some do but occassionally ill nibble at some small stuff as a cheat or for sugar,
