      esp if you are gonna be jugglin around meals and school - no need for HGH, I would want to really be able to devote 100% of my time if i was spending that money on it. Not hard to figure out how to use teh stuff, but I'd still say clen is the way to go. Don't like ECA's myself - but thats just pesonal.

          I used that bulking/cutting test, growth hormone, ug, pharm, spray deodorant, stuff worked great.:thumup:

                Chris, I think you have a long way to go before you need to resort to pharmaceutical assistance. You need to do consider these only after you have tapped out with your diet, etc. IMHO.

                I would do a 1 or 2 6-8 week cycles of a carb-cycling diet before resorting to any of this stuff. It really works to lean you out and if you did it smartly, you can lose a lot of fat with little to no muscle loss.

                              I have been on clen for a 16 days. Ive lost fourteen pounds with a serious diet and forty to forty-five minutes of cardio at least 5 days a week. the last three days i have only dropped one of those 14 pounds. I have read alot on using ketotifen to up regulate my beta 2's, making it possible to continue usage for six weeks. The only problem is that I don't have any K, i am forced to expect benadryl to do the trick. Can anybody put a scientific explanation on why benadryl is supposed to do the same thing ketotifen is, or is this theory complete bullshit. I'd rather not take off two weeks and go back on, my E isn't going to last that long. BTW, currently sticking twice weekly for 500 mg enanthate to keep as much muscle as possible, figuring on about 8 pounds dropping when finished. Im not too worried about the bloat at all, it was the best option at the time and I have no reason to be completely cut upon ending the cycle. What's the word?

                                BTW, I can take off two weeks, and go back on for two weeks, but i was hoping not to do a final 2 weeks after the E ended. I'd like to keep this hard earned mass, damn it. Expensive too, lol. But regardless, am open to do whatever is scientifically sound if need be. Just wanting an opinion from someone who might know for sure. this method was referenced from a few articles on a clen outcome for a horse, said week 6 was the best week crushing 2 on 2 off. It is the same article that suggested the over the counter up regulator. What to believe what to believe.
