Can anybody tell me if benadryl will indeed up regulate my beta 2 receptors as well as ketotifen, or even just enough to keep me on my cycle for 6 weeks? Also,Has anybody expeirienced weight loss in spurts on a 6 week cycle? Say I'm droppin lbs for two weeks and my body starts seeing the short term growth clen can cause, and it has a point where I'm losing fat and have gained enough muscle to not see a drop in weight. Mind you I'm still droppin 250 twice a week in E. I don't wanna run clen without test, this is why I want a six week cycler. But cut up I must. Any suggestions here?

Clen starts to downregulate at about week three but continues to burn fat for about two to three more weeks at a slightly accelerated pace above base level. Many people believe that benadryl helps prevent down regulation. Clen DOES not build muscle or have any type of anti catabolic effect in man. The large dose required to have an anti catabolic effect in man cannot be tolerated.

"Benadryl is sold as an anti-histimine in the United States, and/or a sleep aid elsewhere in the world. However, Beta receptors are embedded in the cell's outer phospholipid membrane. The stability of the membrane has a lot to do with the proper function of the receptors. Methylation of the phospholipids is stimulated by the binding of beta agonists to their receptors. Methylated phospholipids are foreign to the body, and when the body recognizes them as foreign, it breaks them down with phospholipase A2. This changes the structure of the outer membrane which results in desensitizaton of the beta receptors. On the other hand, agents that inhibit phospholipase A2 slow desensitization.
Cationic ampiphylic drugs are known for their ability to inhibit phospholipase A2. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is a cationic ampiphylic drug.
Ergo, Benadryl slows desensitization of Beta receptors (i.e. Upgrades them) by inhibiting phospholipase A2, which is the enzyme that breaks down methylated phospholipids, and this action in turn keeps the phospholipid membrane stable, and thus keeps the receptors functioning properly.

Sweet, thanks for the advice. I'm cycling off today and going back on in two. I've lost 14 pounds so far, that's three weeks in. Strenth actuallyhas improved after a small decrease. Worried me for a second, upped protein and am now cycling carbs. Ill let you know the result.

I remember reading it was only in mice or rats that the anti catabolic affect was apparent. My question - as a fat burn; clen or an ECA - whiich do you think is the more affective ?Originally posted by CrankinSteiN View PostI know ketotifen works but not sure about benadryl and like lifts mentioned there is no anti-catabolic effect or muscle building effect with clen used in humans... It is good as a fat burner only

Clen in large doses added lean mass to cattle also. IMO clen is much more effective than eca.Originally posted by the art of war View PostI remember reading it was only in mice or rats that the anti catabolic affect was apparent.
