trained chest and again stronger in small increment and especially considering this is the third consecutive day I trained.
Overeating a little although quite clean bulk, just keeping the workouts short and intense trying to maximise the strength increase from the var for another week or son then I'll open things up a little and lengthen the workout a little and go for stretching the fascia more.

So a little over two weeks in and my bodyshape has changed with lower bodyfat and more fullness look more youthful at this dose and feel good all the time. able to train harder and more frequent but im being sensible and progressive. getting better pumps and growing with each workout. the various is a good compliment but not a cheap addition.

So Im a little over half way through and up from 240 to 260 lbs and leaner than when i started. thay being said im going to start adding some cardio in now. Tje strength increase has been none stop so far and since i added gh a few days ago everyyhing has volumised. honestly i could see me getting to 280 with no real trouble buy i dpnt want to be that heavy. been training eod and training heavy buy tofay ive backrd up snf gone for reps which i will do for another week

I look better shape than when i started thatd for sure lol. from a distance you can see all my abs but close up not tight but i am full pumped muscle bellies look. im hardening all the time bro. overall shape looks like it should now. Im just about 6ft bro at 260

Just prepping the foundations before my peak bro. Honestly Ive only been traininh eod on a 4day split. The reason i wanted to pack on size and strength and ive done that. Now its more abouy consistency snd a littlr cardio from here in to the enf of the vourse so i will tighten. OK so sycle done; my thoughts are that it was goo and got me in the right ball park strength wise with some notable gains in size and changes in shape. Wider, thicker and stronger.
dropping to S4 and GH now and I'm gagging to go back on but taking my eight weeks off and wondering what to do next. I ran low dose hcg during cycle and my nads are barely shrunken at all. Only thing is the daily var split dose was a hassle and I'm leaning towards a 16 week cycle of test e and masteron next time round.
