    I have a hard time beliving thoes stats also but I would never call you or anyone a liar. I got down to 235 not 5% though maybe around 8-10% couldnt hold it though I like food to much,lol.
    I seriously would love to see your diet. would you mind posting it up?
    you came here for help on steroids and some tried to help I would of helped but seeing you dont want to anymore no need. So return the help to us on your diet. Cuz I need a new diet bad,lol

      Yeah, I had asked him also to post his training and diet. As I am natty as well, I am very interested to see how he achieved such results.

                whats with meal 2 and 5? 5 oz of chicken? the fuck do you do with 5oz of chicken feed a mouse?

                  I can't believe you're able to keep size with that diet. Just doesn't seem like enough food.

                  Here's my current diet:

                  1) 10 egg whites & 2 whole eggs - 3/4 cup of oats
                  2) 10oz chicken - 5oz brown rice
                  3) 2 rice cakes w/ natty pb and sugar free jelly - 50g whey protein
                  4) 1 can tuna
                  5)10oz chicken - 5oz brown rice
                  6) PWO shake (50g whey - 1 cup grape juice)
                  7) 10oz steak 8oz sweet potato
                  8) 1/2 container of cottage cheese (I think around 8oz)

                        gotta member the fast food is packed with cals. im 250 right now soft in the belly for sure.

                          i never told you no 5oz of chicken. i eat 2 chicken breast per meal.

                          start eating like a man and stop with the little sissy candies and cakes oreo none sense. you eat junk and you still arent eating much cals. :rofl: i bet you are 150lbs of belly! :rofl:
