        Vinnie,
How are you taking your arginine? Are you using jacked 3d or something similar? Curious cuz my cousin had similar issues when he was on letro, cramping, high bp, headaches..
Once we removed arginine things went back to normal. He was using jacked which also has caffeine but a lot of those products have a stimulant and aren't supposed to be taken every day

good point about the jacked and arginine etc.. you need a ton of water to avoid dehydration.

            Thanx for info man!
No, not using jacked, I also eliminated caffeine 4weeks ago...i drink only green tee, 3-4 cups a day. I'm taking pure free crystalline form of L-Arginine, 500mg per cap, nothing else added...with each meal, so 5-6 kaps per day. It's pure so I think it can only help in terms of increasing blood circulation(thus lowering bp) and it should have a positive impact on cholesterol to. Could be I'm not taking enough though. Have I missed something maybe?

Reporting back cause been at my doc this morning, got my blood results back. So, got checked pretty much everything from lipids to liver and kidney enzimes. Now it's about 3months after my last test shoot. Everything in check, she sad it's even more then ok :) Cause been worried about bp i'll put here my cholesterol values:

              Whole cholesterol: 2,46 mmol/L (4.0 - 5.7)
              LDL: 1,30 mmol/L (2.0 - 3.9)
              HDL: 2,40 mmol/L (over 1.4)

She said this is perfect and also checked my bp, both tmes in the morning...last week was 113/70, this morning was 125/65. I had low bp even before I started juicing. My HR was both times pretty low, 45-50 in the morning, so she sent me to see cardiologist just to be sure. Now I'm feeling better but still not as I should, but this is due letro. Anyway, will get my thyroid checked in addition just to be on the safe side :) So that being sad when I experienced high bp few weeks ago due period of time it must have been caused either by high estro or diet.

Good to hear, sounds like you got a clean bill of health. Never ignore high BP. It will kill you. Suddenly.

Thanx man, appreciate it  Yeah, I know, that's why I got worried in the first place :( but due to cholesterol values and they couldn't get better in few weeks just suddenly, it had to be high estro cause my diet has always been pretty much clean. Except if ckd/tkd diet in conjuction with using fat burner suddenly agrivated the situation more (in conjuction with high estro).
