no question it will help. its not a magic pill but it will heal and repair. lots of human and animal tests out there on speeding up recovery time from surgery, 3rd degree burns, and joint relief....beyond bro scicence.

I personally wouldn't touch an 19-nor (deca or tren) ever again. long term shutdown and recovery effects were brutal. Ive been off for a long time and finally feel normal again... my boy has permanent low test bc he ran tren by itself for 2 months. test level 120

HGH and Test is my recommendation

as for your synovial fluid and joint argument... answer me 1 question.. why do you think winny hurts your joints? ;)
ligiments not joints. I think you might have the 2 confused
ha saying that I don't do winny either it dries out your ligaments making them weak and brittle

try running HCG with it 500ius 2 times per week i bet your good after that

This is the definition of synovial fluid. Feel free to look it up yourself if you'd like to confirm.

"Synovial fluid is a viscous, non-Newtonian fluid found in the cavities of synovial joints. With its egg-white-like consistency ("synovial" partially derives from ovum, Latin for egg), the principal role of synovial fluid is to reduce friction between the articular cartilage of synovial joints during movement."

When you feel "dry" in your ligaments and joints while using Winny your feeling a reduction of synovial fluid.

When someone uses deca and gets that therapeutic effect it is due to an increase in synovial fluid.

A little off topic but somewhat related. When I butcher deer as sheep, if I do a cut where I take the entire joint (leg of lamb) I cut through the joint releasing the synovial fluid. It's unbelievably slick, I have to make sure I don't get it on my hands or the hilt of my knives or its too hard to keep ahold of the knife.

I was running 500mcg hcg once a week. I think it's the build up of progesterone that was shutting me down. Took some caber and was back to wanting to fuck 3times a day lol

I'm 51. I use Deca on an ongoing basis. My elbow tendons are prone to ache. I'm very cautious with my workouts . I train smart. In fact there are many standard exercises I don't do such as wide grip lat pull downs. Anything that puts strain on my inner elbow I tend to avoid such as wide flys, cable or otherwise.

I went off Deca for a month this past year and all the old aches came back. No worse than they were before starting.

For me it's an absolute must.

I never played sports of any type when I was young and have been lifting for 5 years now. I came to the lifting game very late.
So I don't always know how to judge tweaks and minor pains. Thus, I'm overly cautious with my body as a rule.
If anything feels even remotely off, I stop, and give that bodypart a rest.

Definitely something to consider at your age brother. Don't mean that as shit talk either. Hell I need it at 31 lol.

I wonder what the very minimal dose you can use and still get the therapeutic effects from it are. Maybe I will do one of my experiments. :cheese:

Disagree. I'm not in such pain or discomfort, or any such injuries that warrant me to be on deca. But keep a good log down:thumb:

I'm 40 and you're 31. Now who's the old man here lol. Young jitter bug telling me I need deca when in reality, you're taking it :)

But again, not in pain my friend. Even if I were in pain, I would not resort to deca. Just like others don't try tren, I stay away from deca. I have no need for it, injury or gains..I keep it simple with test for now.
