6 Month Update
Been on deca for 6 months now and the change in my joints is remarkable. I feel 10 years younger in the gym. My lifts are all heavier just because everything feels so good. I can't see myself ever coming off this stuff to be honest.
The downside is that deca effects the mind. Causes a bit of depression for the first month or 2 while your mind and body adjust. It took me a good bit of time to really adjust to it and feel good mentally on it. Now 6 months in I'm really feeling good mentally and physically. If you decide to start just be prepared for the little mental punch it gives you at the start.
Physical sides are none. Adex @ .40mgs per day with test at 525mgs per week has been ideal to keep my ratios in the correct level to prevent estro or progesterone type gyno. IMO test dose must be at least twice the dose of deca to avoid sides.

I'm late to this party, but I ran a cycle of Deca before. I loved that shit. Deca and Eq are my favorite. EQ was definitely a leaner option, but I did get some muscle cramps. Not sure if it was related. I can't say I experienced any depression while on Deca.
My worst cycle experience was with winny. That shit had me hurting after I was done with it. I couldn't even bench for about three months.

Yea fuck winny. I used that shit when I was 18-19 and even then it hurt my joints.
