So we had a look at the weekend, Id added some dbol and var to get him kicked off from day one and the effects were good. But told him to pull them out after 7 days as by that point the sust (prop element) would kick in.

He felt flat and watery after taking them out for a week and panicked a bit. He was on 300g protien and 400 carbs. I told him to chill.

We're trying to ramp up his metabolism at this point so food volume of good macros is key but that he can drop to 350 carbs if he's not comfortable. No lower than that.

Sometimes it's about staying the course but we check week by week and you sometimes just gave to calm people.

His body is on transition, it feels uncomfortable, dbol and var have come out. But what feels big in clothes can look shit on stage and he's right at that awkward antsy time when you begin.

In a week or so we will switch to the cutting stack and measure progress to date before commencing

Again; first phase follows him being off for 4 weeks. So he's on sustanon and primo 500 mg of each. I also shot gunned his system with var and dbol low dose for the first week on.

At the same time from a diet perspective I'm getting him used to eating alot more clean food so 300g protien and 400g carbs ed over six meals.

Carbs we've now dropped to 350 as he waa really really struggling to get it all in. About 5 litres of water a day.

He was very happy for the first week but felt a bit down by the end of the second as the oral came out and his body was transitioning.

This is perfectly normal but trust me he's improving.

You are comfortable recommending primo? I think its a great compound, but with it so highly faked I would be scared using it as half of my cycle when it very well could just be prop. Or is primo less faked in the UK compared to in the states?

Bro, this is UK, and after nearly three decades in the game I'm probably the most connected guy you'll ever meet. That being said I never sell nor am I charging a mate to help him.

I simply connect him; it's bayer primo depot and organon sust. Of for some reason I couldn't get pharma I know the best UG but won't mention that here.

I know I can get euro gear, but I have to risk it getting seized by customs. I have to wait 15-30 days when ordering. Plus the double to triple the price, yet I am still risking it being counterfeited. Having it local is what Im jealous of, and the fact that its not illegal.

It's not illegal but you can't sell it or make it etc.. it's no different from here really. Yes it's technically illegal to posses here but nobody is getting busted for personal use let's be honest.
