          This is how I look after sitting in a hospital bed for a month. And for another three months all I could do is rest and heal. 4 months of nothing. I been in the gym for a month now. If you can't respect the fact I almost lost my life and was almost paralyzed then your a fuckn power lame. I could care less how long you been here. You still look mediocre at best. I'm done with you. Your to big of a cunt and a faggot to post a pic or do a cycle that involves using pins[emoji382]

Yes, I have acquired some unwanted fat from my accident and being immobilized for 4 months. 99.9 of any other BB PL or athlete in general has commended my hard work. You on the other hand.... But hey, water under the bridge. I'm competing in November and I'm gonna bring a awesome package to the stage.

                        I guess I'm always looking for tricks of the trade. I enjoy hearing what others do. If I hear something I like, I give it a go. I've never tried any kind of diet. Any cardio I did came from doing compound lifts like cleans and deads.

                            I'd drink about 16-20 eggs a day. My gf at the time cooked wholesome meals for us. Fish, kale, chicken and a bunch of stuff like tat. Most of it was grass and farm fresh. That was probably my third cycle and it was 900 Test 600 npp 600 Tren. I weighed in at like 195. I'm honestly not that fat now. I can take a picture at home not on pump weighing 225lbs. I had my vertebrae fused together 4 months ago and it turned my world upside down. I couldn't so shit for 4 months. I been back in the gym about a month now,

                                I did it working out. However, I tried to "walk it off for a day" in doing so the discs pressed harder against my spine witch caused me to lose all my mobility in the left side of my body. Then I fell and hit my head. Ended up needing immediate surgery. Was hospitalized for 3 weeks.
