I did it working out. However, I tried to "walk it off for a day" in doing so the discs pressed harder against my spine witch caused me to lose all my mobility in the left side of my body. Then I fell and hit my head. Ended up needing immediate surgery. Was hospitalized for 3 weeks.

I have kept a running log, stayed true to my word..and pulled bloods on the gear...I told him from the gate if the shit is bogus I will not hesitate to let it be known. ..
