    I want to gain more before I cut down a little bit... lean bulk per say with minimal BF... yea it sounds a little bit contradicting, but I feel small.... that's my mind set....
    Reason why I cut down my cardio to 20 mins...
    2 weeks before I cut the NPP will add the VAR and drop my kals..

        It's summer time now though bro. Bulking season will be here in just a few short months for you in cold ass Germany. Worry about the size then. You won't get lean at 3k cals a day I promise you.

          I added mast to the stack... my diet can't get any stricter right now...Maybe I would look a lil different if I did fasted traning, but I can't more I don't want to train fasted...

              I'm going to blame it on the lighting and the waxy maize I take intra workout... I look leaner than on that pic.. I will take one tomorrow fucking fasted cardio.. just bcaas

                  Cut cals to no more than 2500. Zero cheat meals. Cardio 20-30 minutes low intensity after weights. Do that for 1 month and just trust me. Not trying to pretend like I'm some guru and I know everything etc.. just try it for a month bro. You'll love the look. yes it does suck to not have any cheat meals at all but it'll be worth it.

                  Then after you get shredded your body will be super primed to grow when you up the cals and the dosages. You'll blow the fuck up for winter.

                    Lower my NPP dosage and only take it 3 days a week...
                    I dropped the long Esther and switch to prop.. I believe this mix400 was making me look soft... Good size, but still soft..

                    So I'm asking you guys
                    300mgs test prop
                    300mgs mast
                    200mgs npp

                    2000-2200 calories
                    Cardio 5x a week..

                    What you guys think

                      Waxy maize was all the rage years ago in America. Since been proven to be less effective than malto or dextrose. I will link a bunch of articles in the morning if you want.

                            I took HBCD but the stuff is expensive... I take waxy maize because I train in the mornings and I need some carbs in me during traning... when I trained in the afternoons I didn't need it
