          -Wide grip barbell 21s (3 sets) constant tension.
          -bent over tricep kicks backs 25lbs 3 sets of 12, constant tension.
          -Sit ups 4 sets of 20, 25 second rest period.

          15 minute cardio. With maximum effort sprint intervals
