Chicken and cut spear asparagus. I think I'm gonna start eating a little bit less carbohydrates than usual and only incorporate them around my workout. Pre and post. So looks like it's gonna be a lot of chicken and veggies for the most part.
Can you layout one day of eating? I think that makes it easier to understand what your diet truly looks like.
Actually I'll do the rest of today and I'll do tomorrow but I'm not going to put in the calories and macronutrients for each meal that's pretty bothersome. I'll just show u at the end of the day what I had totaled.
