      The thing is I am off work a little early, not feeling well in and out of the weather and still going to hit back tonight, get me a little rest and go!! Thing is bro you have never met me don't know me and don't know anyone like me, I was working out when you were in diapers.... no disrespect. I am an easy going guy as long as I am not pushed too far and this is a board/forum which turns out to have great people on it. I like and am doing and going to continue to do a log on. You talk a lot of shit to have a dog bigger then you are and again no disrespect...remember just being real!! My man can stand and I stand behind him, no one has the right to tell a man to sit down...Please keep up with things but don't be an ass about it brother, you don't know me, where I have been or what I have done. I don't dislike anyone unless they disrespect me and I show every man respect. It's all good brother, let's do this and we can all work together!!!!

            Well, I didn’t make it to the gym last night – I was just too sick. . . But I sure as hell made up for it this morning!!! I have to make this short, it’s been one hell of a long day and I have to hit it again in the morning! Unfortunately, cardio is hit and miss right now and I have to change that.

            This morning’s workout consisted of:
            Cable Pulldowns
            Warm up: 2x20 reps, work sets: 5x 20 to 8 reps pyramiding weight
            Cable Rows
            4 sets 20 to 8 reps
            T-bar Rows
            4 sets 10 reps
            Ab Crunch Machine
            3 sets 30 reps
            Seated Calf raises
            4 sets – to failure

            No since I was 15 but you were still 3 and in pampers bro. I did exaggerate a little and I know rotties are big but you keep pushing,if you don't care then go bother someone else unless you just need the attention. A little psychology for you: most people that act like you do are covering for their ignorance, stupidity and low IQ. Read up on it!! So call a truce or it's only going to get worse and like I said you really don't know me. Let it go!!

                My cycle started Monday:
                800mg sustenon e5d
                200mg NPP eod
                100mg proviron ed
                60mg T-bol ed

                Today was my second pin of NPP..... I pin sustenon every 5 days because that is where the sweet spot seems to be, keeps you from dropping off like a 7 day pin cycle. Keeps me more on an even kill, I know some guys do it eod but I prefer e5d. Thanks...

                      It's all good the Iron game is good to us people mistake me for 35 to 38 used to be mistaken for my grandsons dad, lol which is nice... No ego bro and I don't make threats ;), I am who I am until pushed too far. Now this is great I am glad we could sweep things under the carpet. My grandson calls me Pap, so that's close...LOL your good in my book and glad we could bring this together. We are all here for the same reason, glad we could bring it together bori!!! Nice having everyone on board and your rottie does look good, just busting your balls, I have a boxer and just got a Pit boxer mix with blue eyes, both brindle in color, I will have to post some pictures up sometime. My best bud my chihuahua passed away at 13 which they say is 91 in dog years, it was from congestive heart failure....sucks but what can you do!!!!!! Boxer is like one of my kids too but the little one I could hold on my chest or lap while he slept. lol Boxer not so easy!!!! lol have a good day.... Post tonight after work.

                              Military Shoulder Press
                              Warm up: 2 X 30 reps, work sets: 5
                              Free Motion Cable Press
                              3 sets
                              Side Lateral Raises
                              4 sets
                              Rear Lateral Raises (Bent Laterals)

                                Only on here for a minute, pressed for time and have only been home long enough to eat. Pictures of the out of shape me this weekend,lost 13 lbs on hospital food then blew up after coming home...LOL bad you have to almost die to lose weight..lol
                                The part I left out was my lungs filled up with water from my blood since there was no where for the fluid to go when the artery was blocked.
                                FLASH PULMONARY EDEMA. The blood cells are too thick to pass through the membrane walls so the water from the blood passes and fills your lungs up.
                                It is by the grace of GOD I am here, I was drowning in my own kitchen but was able to cough it up, when you cough in that situation water spews everywhere, brown or red tent. It took me awhile to bring myself back to the Iron game since seems like life comes to an end, everything you like to do anyway. It's time though and I appreciate everyone keeping up here!!! Night bro's
