I had my last drol about 4 days before my assult incident. Thats about 2 weeks now. prior to that my last test shot was 3 weeks earlier. So thats 5 weeks being off test and 2 weeks off drol.
When I was on my cals were around 3000. They are now at 4500. My back weights have actually increased in that last two weeks. Yes I have lost about two pounds but my strength currently is just as good, better on back movements but I am training like an absolute nut. I'm still trying to increase the weights and the cals and i can't complain because atm it seems to be working. You can't say there is any gear in my system...its all food.

It's not mental when you can't rep 325 on flat for ten, vs now at 4 reps. No I wouldn't be able to maintain that type of heavy weight, and I'd be lying if I said I could.
I just told b the other day how I can't recall the last time my body wasn't sore. Since being off, my recovery is forever, like never ending. It sucks!

Not eating surplus but I definitely look softer at 190lbs. Yea. Just speaking in general. It happens without the anabolic androgens. Even on test I look soft no matter if on surplus or deficit. This is exactly it. Decline for me lasted 3ish months or so before a slow upswing. When you are on the upswing progress is slow as fuck and fatigue/ injury occur at a higher rate. I had to completely change the way I work out to make progress again. It's not just the weight, the amount of volume and frequency you do on gear simply can not be maintained on Natty test.

I did a full pct after my last cycle about 2 years ago. Waited about 3 or so weeks after stopping and did 6 weeks of clomid and nolva. Never recovered, well I didn't recover well at least.Originally posted by redback View PostSo you dont do PCT?
