Giving Blood to thin the blood and lower BP?

Rocket used to talk about guys on AAS for long periods of time needing to give blood to keep healthy and lower BP. I can't find the thread. How often do you need to do this and how much do you need to give? I hate that shit as you guys know but I'm aware it's the smart thing to do so I gonna give it a try. Just need a basic understanding of it.

yea it's always a bit higher then i'm comfortable with despite the doctor always saying "it's normal for people like you who workout all the time" I don't believe them. i still haven't bought one to measure BP at home. whenever i get my BP checked it's usually only a few hours after i been to the gym so not sure if that plays a role.

but yea i think having "thick blood" raises BP. that's my understanding anyway.

Buy a cuff online so you know. Check it throughout the day so you have a understanding of how it can fluctuate. They are pretty cheap.

I don't ever donate blood. Just take few month break and it will regulate back to normal or lower the dose and get of the deca.

By the way of u got very high blood pressure and very high hct. They won't let u donate lol..

But you also say your blood pressure could be high because you always have it checked after working out.

Get off the deca and lower test to 175mg a week for at least a couple months. Problem solved.

If you are worried about your blood thickness start taking couple of baby or low dose aspirin a day.
But be careful and don’t take more than that if you do and happen to cut yourself even a little paper cut you’ll bleed like a stuck pig.

I checked my blood pressure last week and it was 115 over 72. I’m on test, eq, masteron hgh.
And I take 81mg low dose aspirin daily.

A couple months back he ran aspirin at a higher dose and it did nothing for his blood pressure.

You have to remember that he's been abusing AAS since he was in high school. Even over dosed a while back putting him in the hospital for days. His body is slowing starting to shut down.
