Aspirin and donating blood do nothing to lower blood pressure. If your hct is high itll bring it down.
If you want to lower your blood pressure, you can either;
-Take Cialis (this will lower it by couple of point)
-go to your doctor and try to get script BP meds
-lower your dose and perform cardiovascular exercises. This can help lower BP and all around heart health.
Id go with the last option.

Im not sure how it is in other states but in florida we have whats called OneBlood. Its a blood center where you go in fill out a simple form and then donate.
They check your BP and HCT prior to donation which lets you know how youre doing there, and they also show you hows your cholesterol doing once theyve tested out your blood

Also a good thing to do is to find the underlying cause of what's causing heighten BP. It can either be edema, or your carrying too much weight for your frame, or CAD, kidney problems, issues with your thyroid or just genetics.
If youre legit worried about your health go see a doctor and change your lifestyle.
Its not always about being big, unless youre doing something with it.

Ok here is my experience
Asprin does not lower blood pressure or make a huge difference in thinning blood when you are on gear. I still take it everyday with fish oil for whatever minor effect it may have.
I gave my third blood donation about a week ago. (here you can do it every three months) I booked my next one for November.
Prior to this recent donation my BP was 145/80. The day after the donation it was 120/70.
I was also running NPP which had my resting pulse at 104. I stopped the NPP and and gave blood and resting pulse came down into the 70's. Not sure if this was from the donation or dropping the NPP...probably a combination of both.
Here is my blood pressure this morning which is just within normal range again.
