If you are worried about your blood thickness start taking couple of baby or low dose aspirin a day.
But be careful and don’t take more than that if you do and happen to cut yourself even a little paper cut you’ll bleed like a stuck pig.

yea i did the aspirin thing bro and BP was actually higher after a month. lol.

i'm gonna get a thing to test at home because like chadd said every time i get BP checked at doc it's like an hour or 2 after heavy training session.

By the way of u got very high blood pressure and very high hct. They won't let u donate lol..

Well they always test blood after you donate. If you try to give aids to people they dispose the blood and I would imagine put you on a list, but if it's just high hct they probably just throw it out, no consequences. This is mostly opinion though.

Yea but the high blood pressure its the main concern. If it's very high they wont allow if because its a risk for a stroke.
I read it somewhere when i was curious about donating blood.

Not sayin he will get denied.

Also some states won't allow if u on gear.
