I have been takin some tonalin cla to manage some a bit of abdominal fat. Nothing major as im fairly lean but this cla wouldn't create any gunk reoccurance would it? Also is itchiness a sign of anything coming back. It's very infrequent but at least once a day my peck will get itchy.

Btw after I run .5 for at least a month when I come completely off I noticed the article u posted on page one saying to take 20 mg of nolv Ed for a period of time and then 10mg Ed for another week or so to prevent estro rebound causing any issues... Something like that I don't remember exactly off the top but you told me a few pages back I don't need anything after I stop the letro I'm still a bit confused here since the article you posted says one thing and u told me another...

This now leads us into the question of reversing gyno while not on cycle. There are a few things to remember here. You have already waited longer than you should have, and your sex drive will be shot. You can use tribulus or another natural test booster to help you in this scenario but I can’t guarantee the effectiveness. Just follow gyno reversal protocols 2 or 3. When coming off again you must taper and begin using nolvadex to prevent any rebound effect that may occur.

How much nolvadex should you use if you are not going into PCT and running this off cycle? I suggest starting at 20mg ED for a week and then lowering it to 10mg for another week and then coming off completely.

You shouldnt need nolv but if it would make you feel better you could always run it to be safe.

.5mg is how many ml/cc??? if im using a syringe or a dropper to emasure it out how many ml would i use would it still be .5?

Hey Bouncer, thanks for your incredible patience and great advice. I think my head would have spun around like the possessed chic's in the exorcist by the 3rd page of this thread. I get it, run letro by itself at .5mg a day for month then .25 a day for another, continue until gyno is gone.

Got 2 q's.

I see this works for true glandular gyno, but does it for fatty, pseudogyno? There are no real lumps/tenderness/pain just lots of fatty, connective tissue and large, puffy nips. Never taken a roid or PH though I did lose at least 60lbs over the past 2 years and am now fit. Diet and cario got me down to 10% body fat yet the chest area is still disproportionally 'fatter' than the rest. Which AI and/or Serm or other med/supplement can I try to reduce this before giving up and potentially going for surgery.

2nd q(yeah, wrong thread but it's easy) I'm planning a short cycle (3-4 weeks) of black label epistane w/cycle support, fish oil and tamox for pct. I chose it for the dry, lean gains, fat cutting, minimal sides, great androgenic/anabolic/toxicity numbers listed in vida's book and supposed gyno reduction. Would you recommend something similar that may be better for bulking but still has for dryish lean gains with little sides/toxicity and won't show up on a drug test? Looking to gain and keep 10+lbs. (31 yrs old, 5'10, 165lbs, been lifting for 4 yrs, no injuries)
