    • Hey man I had a question for you, I have been driving myself insane lately. I've had gynecomastia for about6 months now. I know I have it because I had an ultrasound done and the doctor agreed with me. I got it from a ph called DMz. I really want it gone and I don't know what to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'll never take a ph again. Natural from here on out

        • Great posts Bouncer. Let me picked your brain on this one:

I did the whole letro/caber then nolva gyno reversal method 2 years ago after some onset gyno came about after a Ph run. It was cleared up perfectly.

I haven't touched a Ph since, but recently started a natural test stack and bam, lump under the right nipple and both are sensitive. Clearly my estrogen is out of wack. Should I stop the natural and see if the lump goes away on its own or proceed back into the old method I used a while back?

I tapered up to 2.5 then back down the first time, followed by nolva and DAA.

I should add I had no lumps whatsoever last time, just puffy sensitive nipples from a progesterone.

lol @ natural test stack. i dont know when you guys are gonna learn. these suppliments are pure shit.

get off that shit asap and see it if goes away on its own. if not get some letro and run low dose until gone.

              • Here is what you do, you go to the doc and tell him it is very painful, most insurances will pay for it. No matter what anyone says, once you have real gyno, the only way to get rid of it is to cut it out. If you have swelling or the beginning of formation you may be able to nip (sorry) it in the bud.

Absolutly 100% false. You obviously have never used letrozol.

                  • Well, since I am the new guy I will make it clear I am respectfully disagreeing. If your gyno "goes away" what you are seeing is not really additional breast tissue but, the inflammation of existing tissues in the area. "Once established", you can not dissolve breast tissue, you can reduce its size though via estrogen and progesterone reduction/blocking (swelling/water). I would love to see the science here, if true, this would have great applications in cancer research. Had it, dealt with it long ago. But, maybe your right, who knows ;)

                    • I have personally had hard tissue under the nipple about the size of a dime. Letrozole reverses and completely removes gyno in most cases. Just read the thread bro. This is a matter of real world application.

                      • Also I suggest you do a search on what exactly letrozole is. It has been used in breast cancer treatment for years.

                        • It does not dissolve breast tissue, it blocks the formation of any new breast tissue, and when you have (breast tissue) cancer cells trying to duplicate, it is a good idea to suppress this process, hence why you suppress that which propagates the process. It is like taking one of the elements away needed to make fire.

It is true, I have never tried litro before to do this. So as I said, you could be right. I am just looking at the science and using personal experience with other anti-es/blockers. I mean it is worth a shot if you have it bad, I guess. With surgery it is gone for sure and you can never get it again if they removed as much tissue as they should have. Some like to balance the two sides and leave a little tissue in one, the problem is, that tissue will swell again if stimulated.

I will look into this as I am an old timer in this sport, maybe this is just something I have not seen before.

bro you are double talking. you are saying it doesnt remove gyno and then in the same sentence you are saying it could work you guess. my advice, listen to the people that have used hormones, developed gyno and used letro to remove the hard tissue that had formed.

                            • I simply commented that I could be wrong, the realization you don't know everything allows for new understanding. So, you may be right. Not in my experience though (note I said experience to address your other comment)

I know bro but you talk about your experience and yet you admit you have no experience with Letro.

Also I want to point out that surgery does not mean the gyno won't return. Only way to make it not return is to remove the gland all together and that fucks up the look of the chest also. People that get the gland removed have this reverse gyno type deal going on where there is this indentation into the chest.
