  • I developed a lump under my left nipple a few months after an ill-concieved Dbol only cycle.

I've been on 2.5 mg of letro for 20 days along with 400mg of Vitamin B6 (just trying to cover the bases). The lump sensitivity went down to almost nothing within days of starting letro but no change in size of the lump as of yet. I have a 3 month supply of 2.5 mg tabs. Should I cut the dose to 1.25 and run it for 6 months if nessasary?

I guess I should just be patient but next step is to cry to my Doc that its "sooooo painful" and "I've had it since I was 15". I'm in Canada so pretty sure the surgery would be free. Will give the Letro a solid shot though first.

I have read the thread but any advice would be great. I'm feeling really depressed and trying to stay positive through this process. Who would think a AAS Board would provide such great emotional support haha!

    • Stay at dose for at least 60 days. If no change at all it's not going to go away.

Remember, people think surgery will take care of it. It won't, if you get the gland removed gyno won't come back but it will leave your chest with a dimple like inverted nipple. Looks almost as bad as gyno itself.

      • Completely agree. Dont want to put my chest in the hands of a surgeon..who know what will happen. Thanks for the help.

Hi Bouncer , I got an old gyno lump that want to get rid since ever , I cant order letro since I´m from europe and the customs will seize it , however I can get arimidex , do you think one can use that instead of letro? I know its not as effective at lowering estrogen levels. Thanks

Hi Bouncer , it seems I might be able to get some letro after all , I havent been on the juice for almost a year now , strangely enough my gyno has flared up again because of the amitriptyline I was prescribed for a sleep disorder. It seems to increase prolactin . It got my gyno slightly bigger ,( its not huge ) and very very constantly sensitive which sucks. Been on nolva 40mg ED but not much benefit so far.

My question is , should I start with a low dose of letro then up it to 2,5mg ED till the sensitivity goes away and get some relief , then get on a daily low ED dose like 0.5mg

              or

Start with some arimidex because although not as effective it seems to act faster to get some relief then switch to letro?

              I´m inclined for the second.
              hope you can help.

              thanks!

Are you staying on that medication that cause the progesterone? If so the gyno will always be a problem until you come off that.

As soon as I noticed getting the gyno I stopped it , it has been around a week. Any recomendation on how I should proceed? thanks!

It may go away on its own if it's mild.

Thanks Bouncer , I should get my letro tomorrow , my gyno feels better I had to bump my nolva two days ago to 60mg because it was very unconfortable , but since then I´ve been feeling some slight disconfort in one of my testicles , not a pain or anything like that , I´ve read that nolvadex can bump your natural testosterone , can it be a slight atrophy due to that? I´ve been taking the nolva for a week.
                      thanks

                      • Bouncer, hey bro I'm currently running Nolva @ 40mg ED for my PCT right now, but I've gotten the onset of gyno on one side. I read the thread and am a little confused on the protocol for my situation. Any info would be awesome bro. Thanks!

                              • I misread at thought it said 5mg and took that! Ok, so just .5mg and no Nolva during, but once it's gone I'll have to go back on Nolva to avoid the rebound effect correct?
