                          Hey bro looking great. Upper body is coming along just fine but looks like legs are bit behind. I don't know may be it the lighting, but I recommend doing some high reps stuff for your legs.
                          I know you are not a fan of circuit training( i am guessing that from your posts about circuit training :) )but since I sterted doing that stupid 100 reps shit(here is a couple of examples) and circuit training for my legs I started see some shit on my legs I've never seen before. I'd like to post some pictures but my computer crashed and I can't do anything with it, but just like you I am 5 weeks out from my show too. I weigh 185 and very hapy with the way I look. :D

                          100 reps since you are not far from your show just do this for a couple workouts and do the circuit for a couple times after this. it should help burn whatever you got left in those legs. :

                            Thanks bro - I made it clear that I hate my legs right now - I have just started implementing some serious drop sets/high rep rotations into my leg days and switched to the bike for cardio...

                            Like I said before - I couldn't be much happier with the way my upper body is coming along - I've just got to bust my ass on legs from here on out as they look like ass (I'm just trying not to lose size at the same time)....

                              I know I am gonna sound like an ignorant ass but again because of my computer I can't open half the shit so I can only see some parts of your diet, but here is what my diet looks like for the last three weeks, this diet made some huge changes the way I look. It's not the prettyiest diet but it works wonders.
                              Six meals a day turkey and fish diet.
                              First week.
                              8oz of turkey or fish each meal, cup of brown or wild rice vegetables and half an avacado.

                              Second week
                              6oz of fish or turkey with each meal cup of brown or wild rice with your first three meals. Vegetables and half and avacado with your last three meals.

                              Third week
                              5oz of fish or turkey with each meal only two meals with rice and four meals with veggies and quarter of an avacado.

                              No more protiein powders, but I make sure I take my aminos. When I don't workout I look like and feel like crap( weak, flat and hallow) but once I start lifting my body comes alive it's a trip but it's working. :D

                                It's cool bro - I have had my fair share of computer problems lately...

                                I'm not worried about my diet to be honest - I won't change it this late in the game anyways - just going to try and manipulate my workouts/cardio and let the food/drugs do their part....
