Yea what happened to the real wide guys? See a lot of thick guys but the width is mostly gone. I'm guessing it's harder to fill out a real wide frame so you end up with a buncha midget Mr O's.

Needs to stop the super heavy squats abd deads now. See at the top of his thighs it just blends into the waist.

Stop it now and get tge waist width down and the thigh sweep up with hacks and leg press. Otherwise he's another jonnie o in the making
