Question about homosexuals

I don't mean this to sound sarcastic, angry or anything like that, it's just out of curiosity that I ask: Why do homosexuals feel the need to display their sexual orientation?? I drive a lot and it seems like I see an awful lot of rainbow stickers lately.

funny.. I wonder some of that at times too.. not so much about stickers.... but why someone homosexual would purposly act flaming. Correct me if I am wrong , but I dont think it is naturally occuring that someone homosexual acts flaming. I think it is more or less a conscious effort to act that way. If it was not then It would make sense to run into flaming hetrosexuals as well. something i dont quite get.

isn't that like asking why heterosexuals feel the need to kiss and hold hands in public? any display of affection whether hetero or homo is a public display. the fact that you notice it says more about you than it does them.

So i take it this thread is aimed towards Doom? Did you by chance happen to see him driving around NY with one of those rainbow stickers on his pink VW beetle? :D :D :p

I think he means how fags feel the need to talk like they do and walk like they do. Granted all of them dont act that way but I have seen a helluva lot of em. I believe the term for them is "Queens". Gays dont bother me, if they want to get married I am all for it. Its those fucking guys that talk with there lisp and walk with there hands waiving and asses out that I cant stand.

I have homosexual relatives, they say the same thing.. Men should act like men regardless if they like other men.. My uncle said it best, "I like men, not faggots!" He hated guys who were flamboyant, it's like you might as well be with a woman..

sounds like you are describing long-island woman. LOL the thing about gay men is that I hate a lot more hetero types of people than homo people. of course I love lesbians. LOL- so they don't count into that. :D one of my best friends is gay and he hates the flaming ones to as well. LOL

I think is the point with some gay men they want to be more like a women. Not necessarily all the way but much more feminine and that is how the try to do that.

Personally I don't care. As long they are not hurting anyone they can do what they want. I f I don't want to see it I can turn my head.

stonecold: I guess it's because it's a relatively new phenomenom that I can't relate to. However I can relate/understand someone putting a sports team/Nascar bumper sticker on as I have done it myself in the past.

yeah I tried to use an example that people could relate too. I also am much desensitized to the "rainbow" sticker because when I was in college EVERYONE had one it seemed...Gay or not. LOL
