this thread is just a homosexual / religion bashing thread at this point - I just want to state no matter what religious views I hold, as a human I hold absolutely no grudges towards peoples choices .. no matter if they are hand in hand with what my religious views are it doesn't mean that I have any right to treat anyone like less of a human. keep in mind nobody is perfect before we keep bashing on everyone here :(

It was based on eqaulity PERIOD. Which INCLUDES equality of RELEGION. "In god we trust" Is not YOUR god. It is OUR god, as in, whichever god we beleive in INDIVIDUALLY. Because this person is professing their faith in Jesus Christ, does not make them a biggot. The "sheet" comment was assinine. He is correct in stating that most, if not all religions are unaccepting of homosexuality. I can accept you as a human being and love you. And still not agree with your views on sexuallity. But it doesn't mean I'm a biggot. You say this country was based on the freedom to live as you please, yet you laugh and sneer and bash someone with a different view than your own. Take a long look in the mirror before making anymore of these accusations.

It is one thing to hold a personal beleif, yet tolorate other peoples beleifs. It is something else completely to make a statment saying that only your belief is the correct one, and everyone else who doesnt agree is wrong.
