Yes bro, it does hurt if I squeze it. It actually feels just the same as if I squeeze mt testicle. It feel like it is a part of my testicle that has grown outward a bit.

Juice that picture shows the tumor on the top of the testicle. My bump is right on the side just like that little bump under the tumor is in that picture. What is that little bump on the side?

Sounds normal. I have the same thing, as do all guys, it is the epididymis attachment point to your testis. Regardless of popular "opinion" it is always wise to get any type of concern such as this checked out!

Just make sure to head to the urologist. There is no reason not to. It will cost you like 20 bucks max, and the peace of mind it will provide is deffinitely worth it. None of us here are as qualified as the doc, and we cant see you.

                    Get it checked out.

Yeah I understand, the slightest change in the way things feel down there make me paranoid too. You made the right decision to get it checked out because all we can do is speculate. We're not you and we're not doctors. Make sure to keep us informed, this is important information for us guys to know. Good luck and relax, worrying doesn't change a thing...except life expectancy.
                          ;)

Hey BLM, now that I really feel around there the bump is connected to that little sack that surrounds the testacles. Do you think its a build up of something that has just stayed the same for the last 2 years?

It's hard to say I haven't nor do I want to feel your balls, but if you think about the anatomy of your testes and what is attached to it, it makes sense that there is a lumpy feeling. You testes are not solid masses. They are coils of tublules wound into tight golf ball like masses and the epididymis is also a coil of tubules (nearly 20ft long in its entirety) which is attached the the top of your testes.

So it could simply be that a small portion of the epididymis uncoiled a bit and left an even lumpier feeling or it could be something for more concern. Bottom line, like I said bro, is that all I can do or anyone else can do is speculate.
