How you may ask? Well give tax breaks to those that are the job makers. Corporations- those who make more than 200k a year. These people aren't going to put the money in the bank and save it. They're going to spend it on capital, tangible goods. Both human and equipment. Thus creating more jobs in the economy. = long term solution
